When you register for and/or attend Muslim Marriage Intros events you agree to the following service agreement. This is a legal, binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Muslim Marriage Intros.

Please read the Agreement carefully before 1) registering for or paying for Muslim Marriage Intros events 2) attending Muslim Marriage Intros events 3) registering or paying for Muslim Marriage Intro's Muslim marriage introductions services.

By registering for and/or attending Muslim Marriage Intros events and/or registering for Muslim Marriage Intros' introductions service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The section titles in the Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect:

Eligibility

You must be 18 years old or older to register for and/or attend a Muslim Marriage Intro event or to register for our introductions service. By attending and/or registering for a Muslim Marriage Intro event and/or introductions service you represent, warrant and covenant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and abide by all of the terms and agreements of this Agreement.

Right to Use

Your right to use Muslim Marriage Intros' services is subject to any limitations, policies, conditions, and restrictions established by us at our sole discretion. We may alter or suspend these limitations, policies, conditions and restrictions at will.

Accessing the Muslim Marriage Intros Web Site

You are solely responsible for providing all hardware, software, telephone or other communications equipment and/or service to connect to the Internet and to access the Muslim Marriage Intro web site and are responsible for all Internet access charges, telephone charges or other fees or charges incurred in connecting to the Internet and accessing the Muslim Marriage Intros Web Site.

Fees and Payments

We reserve the right to change the method or manner in which we charge clients or the method of payment which is acceptable to us, at our sole discretion. You agree to pay or have paid all fees you incur in connection with your participation in Muslim Marriage Intros' events and introductions service. All fees and charges in connection with Muslim Marriage Intro's events and introduction service are non-refundable. You are responsible for any charges incurred at the event venue additional to those included in the Muslim Marriage Intros' event charge.

Conduct At Muslim Marriage Intros Events

By attending Muslim Marriage Info events, you agree to the following Code of Conduct:

a. You will not use Muslim Marriage Info events for any purpose other than seeking a marriage match.

b. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of other Muslim Marriage Intros event attendees.

c. You will not behave offensively or use foul language with other Muslim Marriage Intros event attendees.

d. You will not impersonate any person or entity.

e. You will keep all personal information provided to you through Muslim Marriage Intros as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of its owner.

f. You will not use Muslim Marriage Intros events to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior.

g. You will not misrepresent yourself or provide fraudulent information about yourself or your marital status.

Client/Attendee Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Muslim Marriage Intros' clients and event attendees.

Privacy Policy

Use of the Muslim Marriage Intros service and Web site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us, our officers, directors, employees and agents, from any loss or damages, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from your activities on or use of the Muslim Marriage Intros service, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you; provided, however, that you shall remain liable for any such claim.

Disclaimers

You expressly understand and agree that use of the Muslim Marriage Intros service is at your sole risk.

Under no circumstances will Muslim Marriage Intros be responsible for any loss or damage, including without limitation, emotional distress and discomfort, property damage, personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Muslim Marriage Intros service.

Muslim Marriage Intros is not responsible for any loss or damage related to an event venue or the provisions provided by an event venue, including without limitation, property loss or damage, personal injury, illness, or death.

Muslim Marriage Intros is not responsible for external organizations, such as media organizations who may publish, broadcast, distribute or promote photographs, video, audio, transcripts or other material from Muslim Marriage Intro events.

Muslim Marriage Intros is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or attendees and/or registrants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service.

Muslim Marriage Intros provides a Muslim matchmaking and marriage events service, but cannot guarantee its clients suitable marriage matches or marriages.

Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement, accepted upon registration for and/or attendance of Muslim Marriage Intros events and upon registration for the Muslim Marriage Intros introduction service, contains the entire agreement between you and Muslim Marriage Intros regarding the use of the Muslim Marriage Intros Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

We may modify this Agreement from time to time.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS LISTED IN THE AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE the Muslim Marriage Intros service. YOUR USE OF THE Muslim Marriage Intros SERVICE IS AN ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS IN THE AGREEMENT. THE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY Muslim Marriage Intros AT ANY TIME.
